The Door Church
OUR MINISTRIES
The Door Church is a Bible-based, Spirit filled, nondenominational family of believers. Our pastors and staff count it a privilege to welcome you to our church and minister to your spiritual needs. Ushers are available before, during and after each service to answer your questions and help guide you.
A quality nursery and children's ministry are available each service for infants and children up to ten years old. Regular services begin with praise and worship that will ready your heart for the preaching of God's Word. After prayer requests and opening the service in prayer, we take an offering to honor the Lord. Announcements are followed by the biblical preaching of God's Word and an altar call.

SUNDAY SCHOOL
On Sundays one hour before Sunday morning service Pastor Cortez presents practical teachings from the Word of God. The topics vary on a monthly basis and there is an atmosphere of learning. Here, there is the opportunity to ask questions and receive direct answers.
CHILDREN'S CHURCH
Children’s Church is aimed at preparing today’s children to be tomorrow’s church in action.
We wish to welcome you to an environment where you can peaceably leave your children knowing they will be safely nurtured and have the love of God imparted to them.
MUSIC
The focus of worship at The Door Church is to provide an inviting atmosphere where men and women can experience, first-hand, the gracious and loving presence of the Lord Jesus Christ. It is our desire to allow the Holy Spirit to create an openness in people’s hearts so that they may receive the preaching of the Word of God.
We invite you to join us at the beginning of each service for an uplifting time of praise and worship. You will be refreshed and encouraged in the tangible presence of God.

HOME TO HOME
Home to Home Ministries(HHM) are small group Bible studies for each and everyONE. We understand that in a large church it is easy to feel like ONE person lost in a crowd. HHM will help you connect with fellow believers, learn the Word of God, and grow in your relationship with Christ in a small group setting.
The mission of HHM is rooted in the Word of God in Acts 2:46, where we read about believers who came together to fellowship and grow in their relationships with Christ. Our HHM small group Bible studies are located in the homes of fellow believers all over the city of San Marcos. HHM leaders provide a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere for you to ask questions, establish relationships, and above all, mature spiritually.
